Salon Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Customers may reschedule once, as long as it is done at least 60 hours prior to the appointment time.
• Rescheduling within 60 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows and cancellations are considered forfeitures. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

• Please arrive on time. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Please allow sufficient time for your appointment. Service duration may vary depending on hair length, condition, and complexity.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: To change or cancel your appointment, it must be done at least 60 hours in advance. Failing to provide sufficient notice will result in the following consequences:
   • A deposit will be taken for all services.
   • Online vouchers will be considered redeemed.
2. Late Arrivals: Please be punctual for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in:
   • The deposit for all services being taken.
   • A shortened service time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
3. No-Show: If you don't show up or fail to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe, no further rescheduling or refunds will be allowed.
4. Advanced Booking: Booking in advance is highly recommended to secure your preferred time slot. Appointments are subject to availability.
5. Individual Use: All services are strictly for individual use and cannot be used for group bookings or shared among multiple individuals.

1. Online Head Spa Voucher Purchase: Online Head Spa vouchers can be purchased multiple times, but only one Head Spa voucher can be redeemed per visit.

2. Head Spa Voucher Validity: Head Spa Vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Please ensure to redeem the Head Spa voucher within this timeframe, non-extendable & Head Spa voucher is valid for Head Spa service only.
   

Redeem the online Head Spa voucher for the full purchase amount or more, and cover any additional cost if the service exceeds the Head Spa voucher value. No cash refunds will be provided for services below the Head Spa voucher amount.

• For all online/voucher bookings, carefully read our cancellation & reschedule policies. Mistakes or non-compliance may result in loss of deposit.
• Single-person HEAD SPA bookings may share the spa room with another client. Your comfort is our priority.
